About Us
The Omani Endowment Foundation is an independent public institution with legal personality, established to oversee the investment of endowment assets and funds in accordance with Royal Decree No. (28/2024) and its governing regulations.
The Foundation undertakes its responsibilities within a defined institutional and governance framework to ensure compliance, sustainability, and alignment with public interest objectives.

Governance Values
The Foundation is managed by a Board of Directors chaired by the Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs. The Board oversees the Foundation’s policies, strategic direction, and regulatory compliance, in accordance with the powers stipulated in the Royal Decree and the Foundation’s system.
